My goal as a practitioner and educator is to build people up from the ground up. Building awareness in the body to feel and connect the body better, and slowly adding more and more body parts into the movement is the best way to build balance, strength and athleticism. My teachings as a practitioner are aimed to leave you not only with a stronger mind and body, but with a solid understanding of how to repeat the process from the ground up at any point in the future. Your body is the only thing that will stay with you until your last day.

movement and sports have been the doorway to understanding myself, my mind and my body and life. Plus I like to drink coffee, listen to music and get sweaty. Who wouldn’t want a job like that?
I teach people how to bring balance back to the body from within and experience the fun in keeping yourself balanced, strong and healthy. I’ve had the opportunity to work with people of all physical and mental backgrounds in my decade long adventure as a coach, personal trainer, Kinesiologist and clinic owner. I most enjoy working with people that are ready to learn how to move better to improve their health inch by inch in the process, and are ready to get a little uncomfortable learning to play again in the body as a life long habit.
I’ve had a life long relationship with movement, sports and fitness from a young age and was drawn to exercise as a teenager as a method of self improvement. Over the years this personal journey has lead me to a career as a Kinesiologist, and has shown me the process of change within the mind and the body in myself and those that I’ve influenced. This journey has also shown me that exercise can be a tremendous method of self-grounding and reinforcing the pursuit of excellence within your body and your life.
You’ll often catch me outside on an adventure getting lost in the city. I’m drawn to music, art, photography, food and love to make people laugh.
