We want to make sure you get a great workout and that means a safe workout!  To ensure your safety, we require that:

  • You are not currently suffering from any injury.
  • You do not suffer from a chronic health condition that can be made worse by exercise.
  • You have not been instructed by a doctor or health professional to avoid or restrict physical activity.

Classes are taught by our expert strength coaches who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in coaching, teaching, sport performance and nutrition. will educate you on proper functional foundation of core strengthening, postural education, hip stability and mobility to ensure you are able to achieve your desired fitness results.

Our Month-to-Month plan grants you Unlimited Access to all ForgeFit Classes. This is the best option for those who are looking to train 2 or more days a week. Your monthly pass is charged to your credit card for as long as you want.

Cancelling your Month-to-Month membership  is subject to a 1 month (30 day)  advance notice, or an immediate cancel request subject to a $50 charge on your credit card. Cancelling your membership can be done via our cancellation form or in person.

Members are eligible for Membership holds for a maximum of 45 days per calendar year. Holds must be a minimum of 14 days in length. Holds can be submitted via our hold request form or in person.

Full physiological assessment including movement pattern evaluation, flexibility, quickness, strength and power testing.

Your Fuctional Assessment includes:

  • Complete functional evaluation assessing your current alignment, core strength, posture and biomechanics.

  • Examination of your performance based markers such as, agility, strength, speed, muscle endurance, power and metabolic energy systems.

  • Discussion of the results of your assessment and development of a unique strength and conditioning action plan based on your current needs and fitness level.

Get the undivided attention of your favorite strength coach and/or certified kinesiologist. Private patients receive individualized programming based on their personal assessment results, goals and needs.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

2:1 Client to Strength Coach

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-private training is an affordable option and great way to rehabilitate with a friend, partner or family member but still receive individualized programming based on your personal assessment results, needs and goals.
