Our Forge Strength Specialists will customize your sport specific programming based on your goals and on the results of your Forge Athletic assessment.  Each session the Forge Athlete will be educated on correct form and shown the application of learned movement to their specific sport.

Forge Athletes will gain an inside edge when they learn the importance of injury prevention through a series of mobility, regeneration and recovery drills.

Finally, Forge Athletes gain mental toughness by learning how to battle through the Forge Finisher; a high intensity conditioning block consisting of fun, yet challenging drills focusing on cardiovascular training, speed, agility, quickness, anaerobic endurance and explosive power.

GET ASSESSED
Full athletic assessment including movement pattern evaluation, balance flexibility, quickness, strength and power testing.

Your Forge Athletic Assessment includes:

  • Complete functional evaluation assessing your current alignment, core strength, posture and biomechanics.

  • Examination of your performance based markers such as, agility, strength, speed, muscle endurance, power and metabolic energy systems.

  • Discussion of the results of your assessment and development of a unique strength and conditioning action plan based on your current needs and fitness level, paired to the demands, movements and energy systems of your sport.

We train our Forge Athletes in one-on-one private settings and semi-private settings (two or three athletes) for this program.

ONE-ON-ONE ATHLETIC TRAINING

1:1 Client to Kinesiologist/Strength Coach

ONE-ON-ONE ATHLETIC TRAINING

Get the undivided attention of your favourite strength coach and/or certified kinesiologist. Private athletes receive individualized programming based on their athletic assessment results, and sport specific demands.

SEMI-PRIVATE ATHLETIC TRAINING

2:1 Client to Kinesiologist/Strength Coach

SEMI-PRIVATE ATHLETIC TRAINING

Semi-private training is an affordable option and a great way for athletes to train with a friend or fellow teammate, but still receive individualized programming based on their athletic assessment results, and sport specific demands.
