I graduated from UBC with a Master of Physical Therapy, where I previously earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology. During my practical placements I was fortunate to work with people from diverse health experiences such as traumatic injuries, progressive neurological conditions, elite athletes, and remote Indigenous communities. A common thread throughout these experiences is the understanding that our physical health impacts every aspect of our lives, and that everyone deserves the support needed to lead an active and fulfilling life.

My approach involves listening to your concerns, completing a hands-on physical assessment, educating about the body and movement plan, providing treatment tailored to your goals, and teaching strategies to keep you moving and feeling good at home.
You can often find me cycling, swimming, and hiking around the lower mainland. I grew up training in competitive dance and continue to enjoy taking dance classes and watching performances.
