What I Bring to the Table

I developed a strong interest in exercise after becoming more active in high school and noticing the mental and physical benefits that came with it. That curiosity led me to study Kinesiology, where I became fascinated by the science behind movement and health. I knew I wanted to use that passion to support others on their wellness journeys. As a physiotherapist, I provide individualized, evidence-informed care to help people get back to the activities that matter most. I treat a wide range of orthopedic and post-accident injuries, as well as vestibular and concussion conditions, using approaches like IMS/dry needling, manual therapy, and tailored exercise programs. I have a special interest in working with climbers and runners, inspired by my own love for both. Originally from North Vancouver, I grew up playing every sport I could—especially soccer—and that lifelong connection to movement continues to shape how I work with clients today.

My Treatment Philosophy

My goal is to work together with people to help them learn about their own health and bodies, and build an individualized treatment plan that is right for them. It’s important to me that my clients feel empowered through our sessions—gaining a greater sense of knowledge, confidence, and control over their health and wellness. I believe in creating a supportive space where people feel heard, and where treatment is collaborative, flexible, and rooted in evidence-based practices that reflect their unique needs and goals.

After Hours

I am passionate about rock climbing and running. Many of my weekends and evenings are spent in the climbing gym or hanging onto Squamish granite, and you may often find me running the seawall before work in almost any weather (with a headlamp if needed). These passions are rooted in the great value I place in not only regular exercise, but exercise that is meaningful and hopefully fun. I also geek-out on fancy coffee, fantasy sci-fi books, and barefoot/minimal footwear.
