With over six years of experience as a practicing kinesiologist and personal trainer, I’ve worked with athletes, post-injury clients, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds. This has helped me develop a deep understanding of the human body and a creative, adaptable approach to care. I bring a fun and dynamic atmosphere to each session and tailor our work to what you need most that day—whether it’s functional strength training, mobility work, or active recovery. As a queer person, I strive to provide inclusive, identity-affirming care that meets people where they’re at. I became a kinesiologist because I’m fascinated by the complexity of the human body and love connecting with people from all walks of life. I grew up in a small town near Calgary, Alberta, spent my youth playing sports (and nursing injuries), and eventually found my passion for helping others heal through movement-based therapy.

My approach to kinesiology and exercise therapy is rooted in individuality. I recognize that each person’s health is shaped by a unique mix of physical, emotional, mental, and environmental factors. I aim to understand my clients as whole people, so we can co-create strategies that are both effective and realistic in the context of their lives. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working toward fitness and wellness goals, I believe in providing personalized support that empowers lasting change. By acknowledging the full picture of someone’s experience, I strive to offer care that’s grounded in empathy, evidence, and collaboration.
Movement is my passion and outside of the clinic you can find me finding a new skill to try out! This last year I’ve tried bouldering, surfing, dancing, aerial hoop, and gymnastics. Pole fitness has been my obsession for the last 3 years roughly, and I competed (and won!) my first competition last June. Although, as I get older I have learned that balance is key, and I have began to focus on finding time to rest and spend time with love ones.Â
