What I Bring to the Table

I bring over a decade of experience in both multi-disciplinary clinics and spa settings which has shaped a well-rounded, adaptable approach to care. I’m passionate about helping people and I genuinely love working with my hands. I trained and worked in Barrie before planning to settle into a slower pace at a country spa but I quickly missed the challenge of rehab and the energy of a team environment. That pull led me to beautiful BC, where I’m once again doing the work I love: supporting people on their path back to movement, strength, and confidence.

What I Bring to the Table

I’m passionate about helping people and I genuinely love working with my hands. That pull led me to beautiful BC, where I’m once again doing the work I love: supporting people on their path back to movement, strength, and confidence.

My Treatment Philosophy

Massage therapy can be a powerful short-term analgesic but real, lasting progress comes from active rehab. If pain is preventing you from doing the things you need to do, whether that’s your prescribed exercises or your regular training, a massage with me can help reduce that pain and get you moving again. I see massage therapy as a supportive tool: one that helps you stay on track when you’re dealing with discomfort, setbacks, or roadblocks in your recovery. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, help restore comfort, and support your return to an active, empowered lifestyle.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me out enjoying the gorgeous BC landscape—hiking through the trails, singing badly (and loudly) along the way, and playing my fiddle whenever I get the chance. Whether it’s on a mountainside or in my living room, these are the things that help me recharge, stay grounded, and keep life joyful.
