What I Bring to the Table

From my early days as a dancer to practising and teaching yoga, movement has always been a big part of my life. I’ve learned that our relationship with our bodies is constantly evolving through injuries, motherhood, and the natural process of aging. My own experiences with recovery inspired me to explore Traditional Chinese Medicine more deeply. Today, I bring that understanding into my acupuncture practice in Burnaby, helping others reconnect with their bodies through thoughtful, personalized care.

My Treatment Philosophy

My appreciation for Traditional Chinese Medicine began in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I learned how food and the changing seasons are connected to our well-being. I believe our bodies have their own rhythms, and that healing begins with listening. Whether through acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, or simple lifestyle changes, my approach is to meet you where you are and support what your body needs.
