What I Bring to the Table

Before entering Langara’s RMT program, I spent a summer in Shanghai training with the Chinese Men’s National Lacrosse Team in preparation for the 2014 World Lacrosse Championship. I know firsthand what it’s like to have a strong team of therapists in your corner, and that experience continues to shape how I care for my clients. I bring the mindset of a lifelong athlete and the insight of someone who’s been through the ups and downs of performance, recovery, and resilience.

CLINIC LIFE

What I Bring to the Table

I’ve been practising acupuncture since 2018, specializing in pain management, sports injuries, stress, fertility, and women’s health. Working alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists has strengthened my approach to injury rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care. I also completed an advanced clinical internship at Liaoyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in China. I’m excited to bring this experience to Burnaby acupuncture patients at Forge Health.

My Treatment Philosophy

I believe acupuncture is about more than relieving symptoms. My approach is gentle, personalized, and focused on supporting the body’s natural healing processes. I combine traditional acupuncture with cupping, Tui Na massage, and gua sha to create treatments tailored to your needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating hormonal changes, or managing everyday stress, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and more balanced.
