I graduated from UBC with a Master of Physical Therapy, where I previously earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology. During my practical placements I was fortunate to work with people from diverse health experiences such as traumatic injuries, progressive neurological conditions, elite athletes, and remote Indigenous communities. A common thread throughout these experiences is the understanding that our physical health impacts every aspect of our lives, and that everyone deserves the support needed to lead an active and fulfilling life.
I graduated from UBC with a Master of Physical Therapy, where I previously earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology. I’ve since pursued advanced training in pelvic health, chronic pain, hypermobility, and athlete care, with a particular focus on pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor physiotherapy for clients of all genders. As a competitive Olympic weightlifter myself, I have a strong appreciation for the connection between movement, performance, and pelvic floor function, and I love helping people overcome whatever’s holding them back from the activities and sport they love. I also enjoy supporting clients through general orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the understanding that physical, emotional, and social factors all play a role in recovery. I combine hands-on treatment, individualized exercise, education, breathwork, and movement-based rehabilitation to build a plan that’s practical, empowering, and specific to you. My goal is for every client to feel safe, heard, and supported, and to leave with real confidence and trust in their body.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can often find me training as a competitive Olympic weightlifter or out cycling around the lower mainland. I also love exploring local coffee shops, working on creative art projects, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with my dog, Kairo.
