I became a physiotherapist because I love helping people get back to feeling their best and connecting with them on their journey to wellness. I was born and raised in South Burnaby and played high-level soccer for 18 years. After suffering a major knee injury that required three surgeries, I had such admiration for my own physiotherapist that I was inspired to give back in the same way. That personal experience continues to shape the care I provide today—grounded in empathy, education, and a shared commitment to each person’s recovery.

I strive to empower patients in their rehabilitation journey through education. My background as a university educator shapes how I approach care—partnering with clients to critically assess their concerns and develop evidence-based plans that clarify their role in recovery. I bring a strong foundation in anatomy and surgical procedures, built through my Master’s in Clinical Anatomy and research with orthopaedic surgeons. I continue to teach anatomy at UIC and UBC, which keeps my practice informed and current. Since becoming a physiotherapist, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals—from weekend warriors to neurological and post-surgical clients—always with a focus on individualized care and meaningful outcomes.
When I’m not working at the clinic you can find me lecturing at different universities, out for a bike ride on the seawall, swimming in one of the amazing lakes around BC, or exploring some of Vancouver’s best eats/local craft breweries; I’m a self-proclaimed craft beer aficionado.
