What I Bring to the Table

I’m a lifelong learner who’s always seeking out the latest evidence-based treatment strategies. With a background in kinesiology and a Master’s in Physical Therapy  including a clinical placement in Sydney, I’ve developed a strong foundation in both exercise therapy and global techniques. My sports physio experience includes working with teams like the Cronulla Sharks, Whitecaps, and Ultimate Canada, which taught me quick decision-making, adaptability, and collaboration.

Born and raised in North Vancouver, I’ve played competitive soccer most of my life. My path took me to Montreal for kinesiology (still dreaming of the bagels), then London, ON for grad school. Now, I’m proud to challenge myself daily as a registered physiotherapist.

My Treatment Philosophy

I believe in thorough assessments to understand the root cause of each client’s concerns, and in creating personalized, goal-oriented plans that support long-term recovery. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach that values movement as medicine and prioritizes each person’s unique needs. Physiotherapy brings together my passion for science, my love for helping people, and my belief in the power of physical activity to make lasting change.

After Hours

You can find me living an outdoor active lifestyle! I love to play soccer and go hiking, skiing, and sailing. I also love to run and recently finished my first full marathon! If I am not active, you can find me hanging out with friends at our local breweries or cooking, baking, or knitting. Additionally, I like to help out in my local community by completing sports physiotherapy coverage.
