What I Bring to the Table

I became a Registered Massage Therapist after realizing how much I genuinely enjoyed learning about the body and practicing hands-on care — it made my workdays as fulfilling as my weekends. I’m a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and bring over a decade of additional experience as a Shiatsu Therapist and as a care aid for adults with developmental and mental health conditions. My approach is grounded, supportive, and informed by a wide range of corrective techniques including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, IASTM, and joint mobilizations. Born and raised in Vancouver, I originally majored in psychology at SFU thinking I’d pursue counselling — but ultimately discovered I could offer more support through touch than through talk.

My Treatment Philosophy

Whether the goal is stress reduction or pain relief, massage therapy can be a powerful way to support the body’s natural ability to heal. I take an orthopaedic approach to understanding and treating the body within its capabilities and limitations, and I strongly believe in evidence-based methods that promote lasting recovery. I enjoy getting to know what each client needs in order to feel and live better — and it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that process.

After Hours

When I’m not out admiring or creating collage art, you can find me walking my dog around the neighbourhood or nearest park, enjoying some bougie tea (self-proclaimed tea snob) or learning my next new skill (Youtube self taught crocheter).
