TRAINERS

We are registered kinesiologists with undergraduate degrees in the field. We are experts at incorporating biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, psychology and neuroscience into elevating movement, performance and function with any exercise rehab or fitness program we craft.

WE'LL LEARN ABOUT YOU

Together, we’ll discuss your personal health and fitness goals, any challenges or obstacles you face, and any important information that will help us create a plan for sucess.

MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

We will walk you through basic functional movements to identify areas of imbalance, weaknesses and any red flags that may cause injury down the road.  

FITNESS TEST

We will benchmark your current fitness level in a fun and engaged circuit to assess a variety of markers relevant to your goals. This can include agility, power, strength, endurance and speed.

After your assessment, we will send you a personal fitness report and review your results with you.

Together, we can map out a personalized fitness plan to help you redefine your possible.
